Returns & Refunds

At Behäppi Studio, we want you to feel good about your purchase.
If something is not right, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Right to return

You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To request a return, please contact us within this 14-day period at: hello@behappi.eu

After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the item(s) back.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be unused
be in its original condition
be returned in its original packaging

We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

personalized products
sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened
used, damaged or incomplete items not caused by us
perishable goods

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item or proof that it has been sent back, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If you return your full order within the legal withdrawal period, we will also refund the standard delivery cost paid for the order. Any additional charges for express or upgraded shipping are not refundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at: hello@behappi.eu

Please include your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue.
